Full payment is required at the time of dining or ordering, and only approved payment methods will be accepted. Any billing discrepancies must be reported promptly at the time of transaction.

Refund Policy
Pearler’s Restaurant & Bar is committed to delivering a high-quality dining experience and customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your meal or service, you are encouraged to notify our staff immediately so that we may address the issue promptly and fairly. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be offered at the discretion of management, depending on the nature of the concern, including but not limited to incorrect orders, quality issues, or service-related matters.
For takeaway or delivery orders, customers should report any issues such as missing items, incorrect orders, or compromised food quality as soon as possible after receipt. Where appropriate, Pearler’s may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and consistency.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment wherever possible and may take a reasonable period to complete, depending on the payment provider. Pearler’s reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is insufficient evidence of an issue or where the request falls outside reasonable timeframes. This policy operates in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Reservation Policy
Reservations at Pearler’s Restaurant & Bar are recommended to ensure availability, particularly during peak dining hours, weekends, and special occasions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. While we make every effort to accommodate guest preferences, including seating requests and special occasions, these cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are expected to arrive on time for their reservation. Tables may be held for a limited period, typically up to 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time, after which Pearler’s reserves the right to release the table to other guests. In the event of delays, customers are encouraged to contact the restaurant as soon as possible to retain their reservation where feasible.
Cancellations or modifications to bookings should be made in advance to allow us to manage availability effectively. For larger group bookings or special events, Pearler’s may require deposits, prepayments, or adherence to set menu options. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations, particularly for group bookings, may result in forfeiture of deposits at the discretion of management.
Pearler’s reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, including operational requirements or events beyond our control. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
